  6. WinExit can restart Windows, terminate Windows and return control to DOS, 
  7. or terminate Windows and restart the system.  It sends message to notify 
  8. all applications to terminate. If all applications "agree", end session 
  9. message is sent to all applications. VB-SOURCE code is available. 
  10. GO SWREG.  Requires VBRUN300.DLL to run.
